Four people were injured in a traffic accident on Sheikh Zayed Road near the Al Roudha Area in the emirate of Ajman.
The accident happened when one of the vehicles stopped suddenly, resulting in a collision with another vehicle.
The injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Traffic and Patrols Department sent patrols to the scene immediately. The police helped to facilitate the work of the ambulance and ensured return to normal traffic.
Major Saif Al Falasi, Head of the Department of Traffic and Patrols, called on motorists not to stop in middle of the road, to show need attention and leave enough distance between vehicles.
He also urged drivers involved in accidents to park their cars on the side of the road for their own safety and the safety of others and to avoid blocking traffic.
