Asian chews off compatriot​'s ear after abusing his mom and threatenin​g his brother

Fifty-nine year old electronics technician allegedly bit part of the ear of a compatriot, FM, and cut the lower part completely after threatening and abusing the victim’s brother, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

“On February 19 at around 8pm, my younger brother HM came to me and told me that AK abused him and accused my mother of prostitution by claiming that she is out of the house all the time before threatening of killing him in Pakistan,” the victim, FM, 30, taxi driver told investigators.

FM got out of the house to check why AK did that and found out the latter was outside with his son.

AK assaulted FM by beating him with a wooden bar.

“As he could not beat me with the bar, he held me from my neck and bit my left ear. He cut off the lower part of my ear before neighbours intervened and pulled him away from me,” testified FM.

Hairdresser in the area, SR, 35, testified that AK came carrying a wooden bar heading towards the victim. However, a man who was at the scene prevented AK from beating the victim and pulled the wooden bar from his hand.

“The victim did not attack the accused at all… after taking the bar from the accused rushed towards the victim and bit his ear cutting part of it completely,” testified the eyewitness.

Forensic reported the victim sustained one per cent rate of permanent disability.

The Court will reconvene on April 20.
