Al Futtaim launches car rental firm Firefly in UAE

Firefly, a car rental company in the US and Europe, has been launched in the UAE by Al Futtaim Automotive Group.

Firefly’s first UAE branch is strategically located in Dubai’s Umm Ramool area off Airport Road where customers can collect their vehicle. The UAE becomes the first country outside the USA and Europe to start Firefly’s operations which is the world’s fastest growing car rental franchise.

Al Futtaim Automotive Group confirmed that additional Firefly branches will be added across the UAE  over the next few months to cope with anticipated growing demand for the company’s services. Firefly offers highly competitive rates due to its no-frills policy, high volume approach and limited footprint.

Established in the US and introduced in Europe in 2013, Firefly has experienced rapid growth and international acclaim for its services around the globe, and today is present at 50 locations across seven markets.
