Emaar's Mira, Arabian Ranches villas next year

Dubai builder Arabtec Holding said on Tuesday it had won two contracts worth Dh375 million ($102 million) from developer Emaar Properties.

Both contracts are for construction of residential villas in Dubai to be delivered in 2016, Arabtec said in a statement.

The first project is due for delivery by May 2016 includes townhouse villas in Emaar’s Al Mira Residential project.

The second contract – which involves construction of a number of villas in Arabia Ranches – is due for delivery by March 2016 valued at Dh166 million.

The last project awarded to Arabtec by Emaar was the construction of over 1,500 villas in Mira Community worth over Dh1 billion.
