Index Holding announced today the acquisition of the full shares of Samsung Medical Center in collaboration with Index Holding, the new name of the center will be "Index Medical Center".
Index Holding now owns 100 per cent of the center which is located at the heart of the Dubai Healthcare City and is fully supported by the Dubai Health Authority. Index Medical Center is an innovative addition to the medical sector in Dubai particularly and in the UAE in general.
The announcement was made by Director General of the Dubai Health Authority, Essa Al Maidoor, at a ceremony at Dubai Health Care City.
Index Medical Center boasts more than 10,000 square feet at the Dubai Health Care City, with Emirati and international resident staff, in addition to visiting doctors and specialists who come from all parts of the world including South Korea, Germany and the United States of America.
