India’s Jet Airways to start Dubai-Mangalore flights

Second largest carrier of India will start flights from December 14

India’s Jet Airways plans to start Dubai-Mangalore flight from the middle of December 2012.

The second largest carrier of India will start flights from December 14, Times of India reports.

“Sources in the travel industry said Jet will offer business class travel from day one, giving relief to passengers who can afford, but could not avail it on Air India Express” it said.
The daily said that a meeting will be held between the airline officials and Mangalore Customs officials to sort out issues related to staff shortage at the airport. The airport authorities have been complaining of staff shortage at the airport and adding new flights will put additional constraints on the existing staff.
