Jet Airways launches daily Dubai to Kochi flight

India’s Jet Airways has launched its direct flight from Dubai to Kochi, strengthening its flight connectivity between India and the Gulf, said a press statement.

Jet Airways flight took off from Dubai International Airport at 12.40pm on Wednesday to arrive Kochi at 6pm. The incoming flight departs from Kochi International Airport at 8.30am to arrive Dubai at 11.40am.

The airline has deployed Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route, offering twin configuration of Premiere and Economy class.

The new service will complement the existing daily direct flights from Dubai to Mumbai, Mangalore and Delhi.

Dubai is linked with five flights to Mumbai, one flight to Mangalore and two services with Delhi.

Cramer  Ball,  Chief  Executive  Officer, Jet Airways said the Dubai-Kochi flight has been introduced following an increased demand  from tourist, business and the Indian expatriate traffic.
