Emaar Properties will soon launch 'ACT One', a new residential project, in the Opera District in Downtown Dubai, company-registered brokers told Emirates 24|7.
“The launch of the first tower of the two-tower project will take place soon and is expected to be delivered by November 2020,” the agents said.
“This is the last residential tower to be launched in the Downtown,” they added.
No details were shared on when the second tower will be launched.
Emaar has already launched three towers in the Opera District, the centerpiece of which is Dubai Opera, set to open in September 2016.
The Address Residence Dubai Opera, comprising a 65-storey tower and a 55-storey hotel/serviced apartment tower, is due for completion in July 2020; Forte, consisting of a 71-storey and a 41-storey tower is expected to be completed in December 2019; while Opera Grand is a 66-storey tower due for completion in January 2019.
In May 2016, the developer said first quarter 2016 net profit jumped 17 per cent to Dh1.21 billion compared to Dh1.03 billion in the same period the year earlier.
