Board commences process for identifying new CEO

The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) announced today that its CEO Paul M Koster will be stepping down in September 2012 after spending nearly four years in the role.

The DFSA Board of Directors has commenced the normal nominations process for identifying a new CEO, which is being guided by the DFSA’s Governance and Nominations Committee.

A statement issued by the DFSA said its board was confident of finding a worthy successor to Koster to take over the important function.
