Work on 'Abu Dhabi Marina' begins

Bloom Properties, the Abu Dhabi-based property and lifestyle development arm of National Holding, on Monday today announced the start of construction of its premium waterfront development in Al Bateen.

'Abu Dhabi Marina' by Bloom Properties will host luxurious residences, executive serviced apartments, hotel, cafes and restaurants and offer a cleverly interwoven design offering spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf, Marina, and the city.

The project features 225 residential apartments, ranging from one to four bedroom units, a five star hotel comprising 200 hotel rooms and 57 executive serviced apartments, as well as 3,000 sq m of premium waterfront retail and a convenient number of parking spaces.

The project will span an area of 41,797 sq m and constitute a total built-up area of 149,719 sq m. It will also provide a total of 849 parking spaces for the convenience of residents and visitors. Bloom Properties has contracted Al Shafar General Contracting (ASGC) for Abu Dhabi Marina’s enabling work.

Bloom Properties is set to participate in Cityscape Abu Dhabi 2014, Abu Dhabi’s leading real estate investment and development event being held at ADNEC from 22-24 April.  With over 100 exhibiting companies this year, the event offers networking opportunities with leading institutional investors, real estate developers, government authorities, architects, consultants and other senior-level real estate professionals involved in the design and construction of major public and private commercial real estate developments.
