At least 45,000 properties worth Dh15 billion will be showcased at the 15th edition of Indian Property Show in Dubai.

NRIs can get properties for as low as Rs1.5 million to high-end luxury properties running into multiple millions.

“In June 2014 over 22,000 people visited the show as exhibitors did brisk business with increased number of enquiries and business transactions. And I hope to see the numbers going up once again,” said Sunil Jaiswal, President, Sumansa Exhibitions, organisers of the show.

Investment in Indian Property Sector is best investment amongst all asset classes for various reasons including highest loan-to-value ratio, tangibility, less volatility, rental income and appreciating asset.

“Capital appreciation on real estate in India is far higher than the high-yielding deposits for non-resident Indians (NRIs). If you maintain a broad investment horizon and have chosen properties well, the capital appreciation on real estate translates into multi-fold putting all other asset classes behind”.

Bollywood actor, director and producer Arbaaz Khan will inaugurate the three-day event, which will be held at Dubai World Trade Centre from December 11.
