The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera), the regulatory arm of the Government of Dubai’s Land Department, has introduced e-appointment system for trust account services for developers.

The e-appointment system will enable developers to book suitable appointments in advance to save money, time and effort.

Khalid Obaid Al Mutaiwei, senior director of the Real Estate Development Trust Account Department at Rera, said DLD is keen to develop institutional work and teamwork in order to improve customer service and provide quality service.

He added the e-appointment system allows developers to book suitable appointments for them and for their clients in order to complete transactions, thus reducing waiting time for clients and regulating the flow of work at the department.

Through the e-appointment system for trust account and projects, clients can choose the type of transactions and pick the time exactly by logging into a flexible schedule that facilitates their work and gives the developer the chance to perform other tasks outside the premise of the DLD while waiting for their appointment.

The Real Estate Development Trust Account Department introduced the system in coordination with the Information Technology Department.

The step reflects the DLD’s effort to provide various services to facilitate the procedures through this user friendly application.

The e-appointment system is expected to increase clients’ satisfaction by  allowing users to view appointments, timing, report and other related services.
