Rollover Etisalat free minutes

In a first-of-its-kind campaign, Etisalat will allow its postpaid customers to carry forward their unused free minutes to the next month at no additional cost.

This basically means that customers who haven’t been able to use up their free national or international minutes that have been offered in the bundle plans can use them in the following month.

“Now with rollover minutes, your unused minutes from your monthly plan will be carried forward to the next month. It's the best way to keep your minutes rolling,” read the announcement on their website.

“This means you are free to use them again for one more month.”

Customers need not subscribe for this facility as the system will automatically calculate the unused minutes each month to be forward to the next month.

This option is also available for customers using the MyPlan, iPhone and Smartphone postpaid plans.

And, customers will be allowed to keep track of their unused minutes and how it has been carried forward. “At the end of every month, you will receive an SMS telling you about the total number of minutes being rolled over to the next month,” read the statement on their website. “You can also see the rolled-over minutes on your bill.”
