Users will have to first sign up on 'Facedeals' by uploading FB photos. Later, when you enter a shop - which has a tie-up with Facebook - you will immediately receive SMS offering you special discounts on things you like the best.
How the Facebook check-ins will be practically feasible is yet to be ascertained.
