With the Spring edition of Gitex Shopper underway at the Dubai World Trade Centre, here are some of the bargain deals to look out for:

It General Manager, Oman Abushaban says: “This is a 35 per cent price drop, especially introduced for the Shopper. And stocks are limited.”

Meanwhile, Sharaf DG is offering the same model at Dh899, bundled with a Virtual Reality headset worth Dh199.

Laptops at a bargain

While laptop deals are a driving force across most retailers at Gitex Shopper, if you are in the market for an Apple MacBook Pro, then E-City has a deal on the 13-inch, i5, 2.5Ghz, 4GB buy.

Originally priced at Dh4,399, the sleek MacBook can be yours for Dh2,999.

Meanwhile, Emax has an exclusive deal on the Dell Inspiron 5559, with an Intel Core i5, an 8GB DD3 RAM and a 1TB Hard Drive.

The 15.6-inch laptop is priced at Dh2,299 and comes bundled with a Dh500 Musafir.com travel voucher for discounted flights, along with a headset, a mouse and internet security.

Those hunting for a DSLR camera can feast on the Nikon D3300, which is retailing at Jacky’s Electronics at Dh2,699.

Bundled with the offer is a Dh400 gift voucher, an additional lens, a 32GB SD card, another 8GB SD card, a carry case, a tripod and sessions at the Nikon School.

Buy a TV in Dubai; get it delivered for free in Delhi

Some retailers are offering free India delivery of TVs bought at Gitex Spring in Dubai, within 14 days, no customs duty and free installation too. A customer buying a 50-inch LED TV (Videocon) paying Dh2,499 will expect a saving of Rs15,508 on the Indian price of the TV (Rs60,490), and also get a free 28-inch trolley worth Dh300. A steam iron box worth Dh75 is free with purchase of 32-inch LED HD TV.

Sightseeing? It’s game on!

Play puzzle games at the Sharjah Airport Travel Agency stand and winners get a free sightseeing package – including desert safari or a Dibba Musandam Day Trip, Dubai Dolphinorium trip, Dubai City Tour, Dhow Cruise, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi trip or any other domestic packages.
