149,860 drug tablets seized in Khor Fakkan

Sharjah and Ajman police have together nabbed two drug dealers and seized 149,860 tablets of a narcotic substance concealed in five sports bags from them.

The bags were found under the seat of their car.

Police had received a tip off that the two arrested persons were on their way to Khor Fakkan to deliver the narcotic substance to someone.

Police said the two people fiercely resisted arrest.
