2 arrested for armed robbery in Sharjah

Two African men were arrested in Sharjah for armed theft, according to Emaratalyoum.

The police stated yesterday that they received a report that two men attacked a taxi driver and robbed him; they then received a report of another similar crime being committed the very next day.

The investigation team was formed by the police force—later on, the two robbers were identified and arrested after they tried committing a new heist.

Both confessed to committing their crimes.
