2 parked BMW cars had forged parking cards

Two Russians allegedly forged two parking cards by changing some information on them, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

FB, 30, and IG, 31, had placed the two forged cards in their cars when they parked them in a paid parking lot.
 
Around midday on December 28, AA, RTA inspector, was checking parking fees of cars in Tecom parking lots.
 
“While checking on the tickets been placed inside cars behind the front glass. I noticed that the two cards placed in two BMWs did not have any issue dates. In one of the cards, the expiry date was completely deleted while the other said 2016,” he said.
 
The inspector took pictures of the cards placed in the two cars and reported the incident to RTA and then the police.

The court will reconvene on June 8.
