Driver tries to molest shepherd on farm

A Pakistani driver allegedly attempted to sodomise a compatriot shepherd on a farm, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.
 
On September 20, at around 8 pm, shepherd TM, 22, received a call from AA, 23, asking him to have sex in his employer’s farm in Jebel Ali.
 
TM refused that and asked the driver not to come, as he did not want any trouble.

“I informed my employer and after 8 minutes the driver arrived and asked me to have sex. I tried to delay him until my employer arrived. However, he approached me and tried to open my shirt’s button. When I stepped away from him, he forcibly opened my shirt. At that moment, policemen and my employer entered the tent in which we were present,” said the victim.
 
The driver tried to run away but policemen caught him.
 
The driver admitted attempting to sodomise the shepherd but claimed that the later had invited him to the tent on the farm.
 
The court will reconvene on January 10.
