Drugged patient sexually assaulted in prison

A prisoner allegedly sodomised another who was under the influence of psychological drugs, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

AK, 23, took his five tablets at night and went to sleep on his bed in Ward 3D at around 1am.

“At around 4am, I woke up because of pain and feeling someone lying behind me. I turned back and saw AJ. I confronted him with what he did especially when I found out that he had ejaculated on my dress,” the victim told investigators.

Forensic reported that sperms of AJ were found on the victim’s underwear and in his body.

The court will reconvene on December 21.
