Two Chinese saleswomen allegedly posted pictures of naked women on a website and their mobile numbers for the purpose of soliciting customers for sex, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

KKT, 46, and SNJ, 36, are also accused of practicing prostitution.

Chief Prosecutor Khaled Salem Al Alawi, asked the court to impose stiffest penalty against them.

Seargant Issa Ibrahim, testified that an employee of the Police online department was carrying out an e-patrol he found mobile numbers from Dubai mentioned on different pornograhic websites.

“Investigating the case, we reached to the location of the mobile users in a building of three flats rented by Chinese. Police obtained permission from the Prosecution and raided the flats and arrested the women,” he said.

Police confiscated five laptops and 20 mobile phones, in addition to an advertisement in Chinese promoting prostitution.

“The accused and her roommate KKT confessed that they used other women’s pictures to lure customers to have sex with them,” he testified.

Man’s neck slashed in revenge attack

Two Indians allegedly attacked a compatriot at his home and stole his belongings, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

VKK, 20, a lift technician, and KSB, 33, a mason, are accused of entering the flat of Anandan Biria and attacking him.

The accused allegedly pulled him out of the flat, dragged him down the street behind a car and slashed his neck with the knife.

They stole two mobile phones with SIM cards and Dh1,500 from his wallet.

The forensic report stated that the cut would have ended the man’s life, was he was not rescued on time.

“They dragged me to the street and behind a car they slashed my neck and ran away. They did that because I cooperated with the police and notified the police that the first accused committed a theft,” the victim testified.

Polieman Mohammed Saeed testified that he has arrested VKK on February 14. Police confiscated a knife which had blood stains. The victim recognised the accused when shown in an identification parade.

The second accused was arrested while attempting to flee via Dubai International airport.

Salesman steals Dh296,022 from company safe

An Indian salesman allegedly stole Dh296,022 from his employer after breaking the safe of the company, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

According to the records, on August 14, HSS, 30, waited until all employees left Jahed Company and then entered the manager’s officer, broke the safe and stole Dh2960,022 form it.

Sayed Ibrahim, 37, Iranian, partner in the firm, testified that he received a call from one of the company’s employees telling him that the safe behind his office was broken and emptied.

“Police came and took the finger prints of all in the company. A few days later I received a call from the police asking me to bring HSS to Al Rifaa police Station. HSS confessed to the crime and led the police to the amount which he had hidden in boxes of cameras in the company’s store,” Ibrahim testified.

Hypermarket supervisor jailed for molesting schoolgirl

A hypermaket supervisor has been sentenced to three months in jail for molesting an eight-year-old schoolgirl.

The Dubai Court of First Instance convicted the 34-year-old supervisor of molesting the girl.

The accused VA will be deported after the completion of his jail term.

The Indian defendant had pleaded not guilty in the court and claimed that he had mistakenly bumped into the Iranian schoolgirl's body.

The girl's mother testified that the incident happened while her daughter was looking at exercise books.

Prosecutors said the accused molested the girl while she was looking at books in the stationery section.

The schoolgirl said she felt scared and ran to her mother because she thought that the suspect had made her clothes wet.

The victim's mother told the prosecution during questioning that she followed the suspect and managed to stop him.

The judgment remains subject to appeal within 15 days.
