The Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance acquitted an Emirati accused of groping a woman’s breast because of lack of sufficient evidence.

According to the records HM, 32, had wanted to make his British visitor friend SH, 23, angry, so he groped her to trigger her anger.

The woman entered the man’s car to roam around the city.

“We stopped at Dubai Mall Down Town at around 7.30pm. While we were talking, he said that he would love to see me angry. I told him to try to make me angry by saying something.  Then when I bent down to take something from my bag, he groped my breast strongly. When I yelled at him for what he did, he said that he was trying to trigger my anger. I shouted, saying that this is not the right way to make me angry. As there was no taxi, he dropped me back home and then I lodged a complaint with the police,” SH told investigators.
