A foreman who was found to have three different names in the government records, was sentenced to jail for three months.

AY, 30, a Pakistani was also ordered by the Dubai Criminal Court of First Instance to be deported after serving his jail term.

The records mentioned that a bad cheque complaint helped reveal the three different personalities that AY posed as while entering the UAE.

On September 25, 2014, AY, approached Al Rifaa Police station because of a bad cheque complaint lodged against him in 2008.

Checking the complaint, police found out that the man standing in front of them had his finger prints under three different names.

“I asked him why his finger prints matched three different names and what his real name was.  He answered that his real name that in the first time he entered the country was Mohammed Mudaser. While regarding the second name Mohammed Taher, he said that he had used his brother’s labour card when he was one day stopped by police and asked for his ID. Police took his finger prints and stored them under the brother’s name,” said Lieutenant Mohammed Murad.

AS the suspect left the country for his home country, he changed his name and got himself a new passport with the new name before re-entering the UAE.

Checking the authenticity of the passport, Criminal Evidences reported that the document was genuine.
