Man kills cousin for Dh400 in Al Ain

A man killed his cousin in the Eastern oasis town of Al Ain after he failed to pay back Dh400 borrowed a few weeks before the crime.

The man told police his cousin, who works at a farm, failed to pay back on time and kept delaying payment without any reason, according to the semi official daily Alittihad.

“During their last encounter, he demanded his money and his cousin said he could not pay back. They argued and the man stabbed his cousin in the stomach many times,” the paper said without identifying the killer and the victim.
