Ajman police arrested two Asian men for smuggling heroin from their country and said all the stuff were concealed in the stomach of one of them.
Police seized the two after raiding the suspected house in the emirate following a tip off that they possessed drugs and planned to sell them.
Police said they found 26 heron capsules in the house while more than double that amount was till in the defendant’s stomach.
“He was taken to hospital where the remaining capsules were removed….a total 83 heroin capsules were seized in their possession,” Emriat Alyoum daily said.
