Sharjah murder suspect nabbed within 6 hours

 A suspected murderer was caught by Sharjah Police, in co-operation with their Umm Al Quwain counterparts, within six hours of the crime.

The Sajaa police station in Sharjah was informed by a Pakistani on Monday evening that he had found a blood-stained dead body in a sandy area nearby.

Police found that the body was that of a Bangladeshi youth in his twenties.

Police suspected a colleague of the dead person who had fled from the company accommodation. Police came to know that there was a dispute over money between the two.

After learning that the suspect had fled to Umm Al Quwain, the emirate’s police arrested AMQ, Bangladeshi.

Police said the suspect had confessed that he killed the victim because he had given Dh2,000 to the latter for doing some work. He had neither done the work nor returned the amount.
