Dubai Court has adjourned the case of a South African woman accused of transporting narcotic substances in transit in Dubai, on her way from Brazil to Georgia, to November 19, ‘Emarat Al Youm’ reports.

According to the police report the woman hid the drugs in secret pockets in her underwear and inside her uterus.

The accused told the court that she was infected with HIV and wanted to return to her homeland.

When a Dubai Customs female inspector stopped the accused she noticed an abnormal swelling on her.

An inspection led to the secret pocket in the underwear containing narcotic substances.

Dubai Customs delivered the accused to the anti-narcotics, who found the drugs to be cocaine.

The accused admitted to hiding three capsules of cocaine inside her womb.

In her statement, she said she met a Nigerian who offered her the chance to attend a show in Brazil.

He provided an airline ticket and a hotel.

When she arrived in Brazil she met with the Nigerian who asked her to carry drugs from Brazil to Georgia in return of $8,000. She accepted the offer.

She was supposed to deliver the drugs to an unknown person in Georgia and did not know the name of the person or where he was going to meet her.
