Two arrested for stealing, smuggling vehicles

Sharjah Police arrested two Pakistani nationals allegedly involved in smuggling vehicles.

The CID division of Sharjah Police set about investigating after receiving several complaints.

They zeored in one one of the suspects and arrested him at his residence. He has a criminal record and had been earlier deported from the UAE but had managed to re-enter the country.

He confessed to stealing 15 Toyota Haice vehicles with the help of another compatriot and led the cops to the other suspect.

The duo confessed to smuggling the stolen vehicles.
