Dubai Police busted a gang of women who sold sex stimulants in an undercover operation.
Upon receiving relaible information about a Nigerian woman who sold the pills for Dh2,400, the department laid the trap to nab her. One of the officials posed as a customer and contacted the suspect over phone.
As agreed, the cop met her at Fareej Al Marrar. She asked him to get into a car in which was kept the drugs. As she exchanged the substance after accepting the money, the undercover cop revealed his identity and the police team waiting nearby arrested her.
Upon questioning the 32-year-old suspect, JYS, revealed that she was doing the business in partnership with another woman, FS, with whm she shared the profits.
Twenty-five year-old FS, in turn confessed that she bought the tablets from another woman named Fimi who smuggled the tablets into the UAE.
The police confiscated 35 tablets used as stimulants, Captain Yaser testified at the Criminal court, where the women are standing trial.
Medical reports of the women, who are on student visas, prove they had also consumed the drug.
The court has been adjourned until September 23.
