Pie stuffed with drugs for prisoner

A Saudi man tried to smuggle drugs to a friend in prison by concealing the stuff inside pies but the trick did not work, a newspaper reported on Sunday.

Guards at the prison in the capital Riyadh suspected the man was carrying illegal items after they noticed he was confused when the pies were searched, Sabq said.

"When they saw that he was confused, they opened the pies and found narcotics and drug pills were stuffed inside," it said.
