12 men charred to death in Saudi road crash

Twelve men, mostly Yemenis, were charred to death when their mini bus rammed into another car in Saudi Arabia on Friday night.

Police said the accident occurred when a Saudi driver transporting 18 illegal migrants from Yemen crashed head-on with another car driven by a Pakistani expatriate on the way to the capital Riyadh.

The Saudi daily Sabq said 10 Yemenis, the Saudi driver and the Pakistani man were charred to death while the rest suffered from serious injuries.
