Baby found in bag on Kuwaiti street

An Egyptian man walking back home in Kuwait late night stumbled across a leather bag dumped off the road and decided to open it before calling the police. The man got the shock of his life when he found a newborn boy who was still alive.

Police took the baby to the hospital where doctors raced to save his life before admitting him to the intensive care unit.

"Police said they were searching for those responsible for this heinous crime against a little human life," the Arabic language daily 'Al Watan' said.
