Butcher stabbed at slaughter house
A Saudi man used a sheep slaughtering knife to stab an Arab butcher at an abattoir in the Gulf Kingdom following an argument over slaughtering.
The Saudi had come to the abattoir in the western town of Taif with his sheep and asked the worker to slaughter it quickly. But the butcher told him to wait for his turn until he finishes slaughtering sheep of other customers.
“The Saudi man went mad….he jumped on the butcher, snatched the knife from his belt and stabbed him…the butcher was taken to hospital with arm wounds,” the Arabic language daily AlJazeera said, adding that the Saudi was arrested.
