Drugged man exposed by driving stolen winch

A Kuwaiti drug addict was arrested while driving a hauling winch he had stolen from its owner for refusing to tow his broken car.

The Kuwaiti called the crane to haul his car after it broke down in the middle of the road and quickly went into an argument with the Syrian driver, who suspected his behaviour.

“The Syrian man realised the Kuwaiti was either drunk or under the influence of drugs…he refused to deal with the Kuwait and wanted to leave,” Al Watan daily said.

“The Kuwait was mad and assaulted the Syrian before he jumped behind the wheel of the winch and drove away…but it was not too difficult for the police to find a man driving a winch on the streets in a weird way…tests showed her had drugs.”
