A man in Kuwait used his talents to imitate female voices to lure many young men to give him gifts and money before he himself was duped and given what he had apparently not expected-- a good smack.

The man had posed as a girl in Facebook and when his victims spoke to him, he was even more convincing by his “sweet girl’s voice.”

At first he only wanted them to send him (her) free mobile phone credit. But as the number of “Romeos” built up, the man started to be more demanding.

“”He then began to ask for gifts and money….he was telling his victims to leave their gift package in a place he reveals to them so he would go and pick it…in return, he was giving them intimate phone chats and sending them photographs of a nude girl saying they are his,” Alwatan daily said.

“In the end, the day came when he found another Romeo who taught him a good lesson…the new man said he would leave a diamond watch in the agreed place…at the agreed time, he left an empty box and hid nearby…….…he was shocked to see that a man came out of a car and picked that box…he rushed towards him, overpowered him and gave him a good smack before calling the police.”
