Father tortures son with chains

A Saudi father was caught on camera torturing his son by chaining him because he disobeyed his orders to stay with his brother.

A short YouTube film carried by ‘Sabq’ newspaper showed the little boy screaming and begging his father to stop.

The paper said the film was shot at the man’s home in the Southern Saudi Jazan province, adding that viewers called on authorities to identify the father and punish him.
