Five Yemeni criminals executed in Saudi

Saudi authorities on Tuesday executed five Yemenis, including three brothers, and crucified their bodies for 24 hours after they were convicted of murdering a Saudi man and robbing many places in the Gulf Kingdom, the official Saudi press agency (SPA) reported.

The convicts were executed in the southern province of Jazan close the border with Yemen after the court sentence was ratified by King Abdullah, it said.

The five were convicted of beating a Saudi man to death after stealing his house and involvement in burglaries in many areas of the Kingdom.

SPA identified the convicts as brothers Khaled, Adel and Qassim Al Sarra, as well as Saif Saleh Al Sahari and Khaled Hussein Al Sahari.
