Indian expat beaten, wife molested while shopping

An Indian expat was assaulted and his wife molested by an Arab man in a shopping mall in Kuwait on March 19.

Before the couple could call out for help, the man managed to escape. Later, they filed a police complaint against the miscreant for assaulting the man and harrassing his wife and even touching her, reports Arabic daily Al Anba.

The police apprehended the man a day after identifying the man with the help of CCTV footage. The Indian couple also zeroed in on the same individual in a legal line up, the daily said.
