Man strips, assaults a woman in lift

A man stripped and molested a Jordanian woman inside the lift of a residential building in Kuwait’s Salmiya area.

The man followed the woman and entered quickly into the lift after her and started molesting when door closed.

Al-Seyassah daily said when the Jordanian woman cried for help the man hit her several times. He ran away when the lift doors opened.

The woman, who underwent treatment at a local hospital after the assault, has filed case against the suspect.

In another case, two young men kidnapped, sexually molested and robbed a Filipino in Kuwait.

Media reports said the Filipino was going to her flat when two young men stopped their car near the woman and dragged her into the car. Then they took her to a flat and raped her.

She was later dumped near a building. Police is investigating the case.
