Night robbery of company offices in Saudi

Four thieves armed with guns and knives stormed a company headquarters in the Saudi capital Riyadh in the middle of the night and looted its contents before abducting an Asian worker, a newspaper reported on Friday.

The four then raided the nearby living quarters of the workers, tied them up and stole their money, mobile phones, computers and other items before fleeing.

Ajel newspaper said the four, believed to be Saudis, took an Asian worker with them and beat him up in a deserted area before fleeing to an unknown destination. It said the Asian was taken to hospital with bruises and fractures in various parts of his body.
