Saudi seizes 2.2m Amphetamine pills

Saudi authorities seized nearly 2.2 million Amphetamine pills hidden in a truck carrying animal fodder, a newspaper reported on Thursday.

Customs authorities at a border point seized one of the biggest drug hauls in the Gulf Kingdom and arrested the smugglers, Sada sad.

It said customs and policemen were waiting for the van after receiving a tip-off but it did not mention where they seized the pills, which are used as potent central nervous system stimulants.
