Teachers bus caught with 'bad food'

Saudi Police stopped a bus transporting female school teachers and was shocked to find it was laden with bad foodstuff.

Police stopped the bus in the Western Saudi town of Makkah after noticing it was packed with large boxes that blocked the rear view for the driver.

“When they opened the bus, they were surprised to find it was packed with food items…when they checked the items, they were shocked to find that they were not fit for human consumption as their date has expired,” 'Sabq' daily said.

“They arrested the bus driver who confessed that he was distributing the stuff to groceries and restaurants in the city.”
