Womaniser with forged UAE passport held in Saudi

Saudi Arabia’s feared Islamic police arrested a Yemen man with a forged UAE passport while having an “illegitimate” meeting with a woman inside his car, a newspaper in the conservative Gulf Kingdom reported on Sunday.

The man confessed to having an affair with the woman and told members of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice that he had known nearly 2,000 women whose names are stored in his mobile phone, the Arabic language daily Sabq said.

Commission members seized the man in the western Red Sea port of Jeddah, where he works as a salesman at a women clothes shop.

“He had a fake UAE passport and was speaking Emirati accent…he used his job to approach women as he confessed to knowing nearly 2000 of them.”
