Delhi gang-rape: Rapists pix online soon

Details will be shared on National Crime Records Bureau website shortly

Indian government has decided to post photos, names and addresses of the men convicted in the Delhi gang-rape case.

According to a NDTV report, the details will be shared on the National Crime Records Bureau website shortly. The Junior Home Minister said the purpose was to name and shame them and prevent usch acts in future.

The 23-year-old medical student, who was severely beaten, raped for almost an hour and thrown out of a moving bus in New Delhi, was airlifted to Singapore on Dec. 26 for specialist treatment, where she died on Saturday.       

The victim had already undergone three abdominal operations before arriving in Singapore where her condition on Thursday was described as "extremely critical".
 
Demonstrations over the lack of safety for women erupted across India after the Dec. 16 attack on the unnamed victim, culminating last weekend in pitched battles between police and protesters in the heart of the capital.

    These criminals should be named and their photograph shown to public. So people know these criminals and they should be publicly castrated and hanged to die, so in future nobody dares commit such a heinous crime.

    Bollywood needs to fix its recent escalation of vulgarism in the movies. Or else it will be very hard to get rid of such pathetic cases. Young minds are being stagnated... dirty language, inhumane ideas, have men and women crazy.
