The repeated twists and turns in the Sheena Bora murder case is a perfect setting of a Bollywood potboiler.

The murder mystery can put any scripwriter to shame.

News agencies are finding it tough to keep up with Indrani Mukherjea's, wife of ex Star India boss Peter Mukherjea, family tree and relationships.

The story has everything - drama, suspense, action and also sex.

Going by what has been revealed or intentionally leaked to the media, physical relationships have played a key role in the entire mess.

In another sensational disclosure Siddharth Das, the first 'husband' of Indrani has denied that he was ever married to her. He however did agree that both Sheena and Mikhail were their children.

Siddharth who has been hunted down now by news channel (Times Now) and the police alike to get his version of the story in a bid to put together the puzzle, got the news of Sheena's death only through media sources.

Siddharth lives a quiet life in Kolkata and did admit that he and Indrani were very much in love and living in together and he did sire two children with Indrani.

Siddharth has also alleged that Indrani vanished from his life and never came back. He and his mother did try to get in touch with her, but she never made any attempt to reach them.

The Kolkata police are expected to quiz him later in the day about Indrani and Sheena.

Das apparently told sources and a family friend Moushmi Das that he would be shocked if Indrani had really killed Sheena and tried to kill Mikhail, because they were her children and no parent could do such a thing to their child.

Meanwhile, Mumbai top cop Rakesh Maria now hopes that the 5 days custody that they have been granted by the court will suffice in trying to extract a confession from Indrani.

Either Sanjiv Khanna (ex-husband) or Shyam Rai (driver) will be made an approver in the case.

Indrani has been sticking to her statement that Sheena is still alive and that she will not resurface because she wants Indrani to suffer at the hands of the police and the media.

Indrani has refused to make any statements without her lawyer and her counsel even argues on Monday in court that she was manhandled by the cops during the investigation.

Movie in the pipeline?

The murder case has apparently attracted Bollywood Big-wigs' attention too.

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt is one of the first to declare to have penned down a script similar to the Sheena Bora case.

According to the veteran film-maker, he had already completed writing a story for his protege Guroudev Bhalla for a film titled 'Ab raath guzarnewali hai' in May itself and expressed shock on how similar his story is to the actual incidents of Sheena's murder saga.

Bhatt said it is a story of crime and passion, soaked in blood, circling around a mother- daughter relationship.

His plot also involves sexual relationships and multi-partner elements, incidentally identical to the real murder case.

Director Ram Gopal Varma took to Twitter to express his desire of making a film based on this complex murder case.

In a series of tweets, the he mocked the Indrani-Sheena murder case and said it could either fit as a family film or a thriller.

He added that director Sooraj Barjatya, (filmmaker known to churn out family entertainers) should consider making a movie based on this murder mystery. He also went on to say that the film could be termed 'Hum aapke hai kaun 2'.

He wrote: "The mukherjeas story seems to have material for the bestest family film ever ....Hey Sooraj,How about Hum aapke hai kaun part 2??"

"If s film is made on the Mukherjeas will it come under the genre of a family film or a thriller ? Just asking," he continued.
