Al Ansari Exchange, a leading provider of worldwide remittance and foreign exchange services, has launched the Pay Plus Card.

The payroll solution allows companies to modernise their payroll systems and streamline the preparation and distribution of payrolls through the issuance of a special salary card to their employees, the exchange said in a statement

The wage payment solution is fully compliant with the 'Wages Protection System' (WPS), a payroll regulation required by the UAE Ministry of Labour and Central Bank. In addition to facilitating compliance with the WPS, the solution also issues automated reports about companies' wage lists to the Ministry, and synchronises their payroll databases with the Ministry's central database.

"There are more than two million blue collared employees in the UAE, and our goal is to help a significant percentage of this segment preserve their financial rights through a technology-driven system that ensures prompt and accurate delivery of salaries with greater flexibility," said Mohammad Al Ansari, Managing Director, Al Ansari Exchange.
