Sheikh Khalifa hospital being built in RAK

UAE's health minister visited Sheikh Khalifa Specialised Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah yesterday.

The hospital is being constructed upon the instructions of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler of Abu Dhabi.

Dr Hanif Hassan was briefed on the construction of the hospital, which is being built with a donation from Sheikh Khalifa to meet the medical needs of Northern Emirates.

He praised the role of the Ministry of Works in execution of major projects, particularly those of the ministry of health.

Dr Hanif said it was necessary to finish the project as per schedule.

He was accompanied by Dr Ali Ahmed bin Shakar, Director General at the ministry, Nasser Khalifa Al Budur, Director of Health Minister's office, and Abdullah Al Shaheen, Director of RAK Medical Zone.
