If you like bling, then Motorola's latest diamond and gold Bluetooth headset is a must have for you. And once you decide to buy it then don't wait around for too long, hurry up and place an order because only 100 of these will ever be made.

Motorola has teamed up with custom mobile phone creator Alexander Amosu, to produce what the company says is the world's first gold and diamond Bluetooth headset.

The Diamond Motopure H12, as it is being called, comes in two versions, half loaded and fully loaded.

While the half-loaded version has been priced approximately Dh29,000, the fully-loaded version is about Dh45,000.

This headset is made from 18 carat gold and more than 180 brilliant-cut diamonds, weighing a total of 3.47 carats.

The headset is only available to custom order and comes with the choice between white or yellow gold and with the added option to customise with white, pink or even black diamonds.

Charlie Henderson, Commercial Director, Middle East, Africa and India, Motorola Companion Products told Emirates Business: "Amosu Luxury is at the forefront of designing and creating the ultimate in luxury consumer electronics, from the world's most expensive iPhone to a range of diamond-encrusted phones from all major manufacturers, including the Diamond Edition MotoKRZR from Motorola. When it came to accessorising these phones, the Amosu team recognised the H12 headset as the ultimate in form and design – and the ideal accessory to bejewel in a unique way.

"The Diamond Edition H12 is made to order by Amosu Luxury. All the diamond and gold settings have been handmade by specialists in Holland to the highest of jewellery-making standards.

"The owner of this ultimate headset can choose finishes from clear, yellow, pink or even black diamonds, set on a white or yellow gold surround. Delivery is usually within two to four weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

"Orders can be placed with Amosu Luxury by logging on to www.amosu.co.uk. The standard H12 headset is available immediately from most phone retailers."

However, the handset is not just about bling and style, it's got the latest in technology, too. This is the first headset to feature Motorola's new CrystalTalk technology that cuts out background noise making your conversations crystal clear.

Henderson said: "The H12 headset is the ultimate in bluetooth headsets, with twin microphones for real time noise reduction.

"The headset, designed to look good and extremely comfortable to wear, is small and stylish and has fantastic performance. This high-tier device reaffirms Motorola's position as the global leader in Bluetooth technology."

"The headset is designed to function universally. It can work with phones from all major manufacturers such as Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Blackberry, HTC, Samsung, Motorola and many others.

"We have also used our new CrystalTalk technology in it. CrystalTalk for headsets uses two dedicated microphones – one to pick up your voice, the other to pick up external noise – and cancel it out using dedicated algorithms, which allow the person you are calling to hear you loud and clear above traffic, crowds etc. It is similar to the Crystal Talk that is found in the latest Motorola phones, but has been designed especially for use on a headset," Henderson said.

The Motorola Diamond Motopure H12 limited edition headset was launched this week.

"The headset also comes with the Amosu Luxury concierge service. Only 100 of these headsets will be made, making them the ultimate design statement," Henderson said.
