After the flopping of the film Tubelight, someone must have told Salman Khan that he needs to come back with all guns blazing.
Khan perhaps has taken that too literally and the recent sequence that he is shooting for his film Tiger Sinda Hai at Abu Dhabi in the in United Arab Emirates is one of the most ‘explosive’ sequences in Bollywood.
Khan is shooting for the climax sequence of the film and director Ali Abbas Zafar confirms that “10000 rounds of ammunition will be fired during the sequence.”
We are told that these rounds of ammunition are all blanks. Tiger Zinda Hai has Parvez Shaikh as the action director while Hollywood action biggie Tom Struthers who has worked on the action for films like The Dark Knight Rises has also choreographed some breathtaking scenes in the film.
Salman Khan’s last few films Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, Sultan and Tubelight did not see Salman doing any action with guns and bullets as Salman has been recuperating after being operated for trigeminal neuralgia.
Sultan did have him in a sporting avatar. But the mantra for Salman is to get into his action mode and make sure bullets fly across the turf. Maybe that can put him back on track again.
