Aishwarya to reveal all?

(AGENCY)

Aishwarya Rai has allegedly been paid a whopping sum to reveal all in her autobiography, claims The Times of India.

Approached by a leading foreign publishing house, the stunning beauty was handed out a blank cheque by the publishing house asking her to quote her price for the venture. However, even though Ash in unsure about the project she hasn`t refused the offer yet, the paper claimed.

Confirming the news a source told a daily, "Ash remains a global icon who has managed to be at the top of the game for years despite constant good work from younger actors like Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra. Though the industry feels that Kareena is the numero uno star in B-town, in terms of global presence Ash wins over them all. Publishers want to explore the possibility of an autobiography of her journey from modeling to films and her relationships to marriage. They feel here is a fantastic real-life story to be told."

“Ash is unsure whether it is the right time to write a book. She respects her privacy and this is the major roadblock in sealing the deal," adds the source.

What’s more is that Aishwarya too confirmed that she got the offer but refused to give a definite comment by saying, “There is a right time for everything to happen”.

The 70's charmer Shashi Kapoor, who has been hospitalised for a while now, had a surprise visitor.

The Times of India (TOI) reported spotting Amitabh Bachchan walking into the hospital to meet him.

Big B spent half an hour talking to him and lent a patient ear to Shashi.

Amitabh and Shashi were a winning team through the 70s--when they did unforgettable films like Deewar, Trishul, Imaan Dharam and Suhaag.

Both actors care deeply for each other, said TOI.

Shashi, doctors maintain, is suffering from age related problems and refuse to give details on his condition.

However, the yesteryear superstar has had very few visitors from the industry.

Amitabh, onlookers told the paper, was pained seeing Shashi in such a condition and when he walked out people saw his eyes moist.
